Do you need help with your Board? On Board Training may be of interest to your clubs –

Launched in conjunction with Arlington County Economic Development, the Black Belt for Nonprofits programming provides in-depth learning on topics related to building nonprofit capacity.  In these 3-month long series, each topic is discussed over 3 sessions (once per month), with four topics being discussed per year.  The Black Belt for Nonprofits Program is designed for the CEO, or senior staff, of a nonprofit organization and a representative of that organization’s Board of Directors.

The Leadership Institute of Northern Virginia’s Black Belt for Nonprofits aims to dramatically increase capacity through education, implementation and peer-to-peer troubleshooting.

The per person registration fee for each series (inclusive of 3 sessions, one per month for 3 months) includes trainings, materials and breakfast at all three sessions in the series.  No more than 3 individuals from each nonprofit organization can be represented in each series.
